Flow is arguably the best skater that 3-Station has ever seen. They specialize in spraying incredibly complicated bombs with extreme speed. If you see Flow's signature tag somewhere in 3-Station, chances are there's going to be 50 more nearby.

 Flow is the leader of the Street Rats, and they're the glue of the gang. Without their guidance and street smarts, the Rats' raw talent would be left to rot. It's a thankless job, but Flow's in it for the love of the game.
