Shambo is the one who brought the Street Rats together. He and his best friend Tommy Duck started using old earth tech to record retro-style skate videos showing off Flow's amazing tricks.

Not really known for his own tricks, Shambo's fine supporting his friends along the way. He likes to take risky moves that almost never work. Don't let him anywhere near a casino, he's banned from all of them.
